由誰決定，何時決定
船期會由當值教練於當日早上06:00前作出決定，不論結果如何都會通知您。泳池或課室課堂則會於前一晚17:00前，在天氣預報許可的情況下作出決定。
補回缺席課堂
可於帳戶內自行選擇未來90天內任何梯次的同類課堂補課，毋須聯絡任何人，亦不設任何費用 — 這是預約系統本身的保證，並非額外的通融安排。
Refunds or dive coupons
Weather cancellations return dive coupons to your account balance the same day, never a card refund. Course fees are not refunded for weather because the course is not cancelled — the session is moved.
如您取消
Local dives: amendments to 2 working days before; same-day cancellation or a no-show forfeits the dive coupon. Trips: deposit is non-refundable once the operator is paid, balance at 45 days. All of it is stated at checkout, not buried here.
